Webinar booking and data use terms

These terms apply to free webinar bookings with AI Agent School, operated by FireGenesis LLC. Review the data we collect, its purposes and your choices before booking.
Booking includes this live session and its replay. We use your email for event notices; further teaching and course promotions are optional. Advertising measurement follows your tracking settings. We do not send your raw email or survey answers to analytics or advertising platforms.
1. Booking and event notices
The free online session takes place on October 17, 2026, from 20:00 to 21:00 Taipei time. Booking includes a success email, the viewing link, necessary reminders or changes, and replay information. No email confirmation click is required.
Use an email address you can access. Delivery to your primary inbox is not guaranteed; check spam or contact us if needed. The session introduces a paid course, but attending and receiving this replay do not require a purchase.
2. Data we keep
Booking records include the email you submit, session, booking time, your choice about future teaching messages, notification delivery status, and optional survey responses or questions. Completing a survey is not required.
Where tracking is permitted, we also record source parameters, campaign and ad identifiers, browser or site journey references, and actual booking, survey completion, account creation, checkout and purchase events. IP-related data, request times and necessary technical logs support security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
3. Purposes
We use booking data for event notices, duplicate prevention, preparing relevant content and responding to questions. Raw subscriber lists, answers and delivery logs stay in restricted business systems and are not shared with other attendees.
We assess which ads lead to bookings and later account creation or purchases. Site journeys and matching email addresses can connect those business records. Entering an email is not account verification and never grants another person's account or course access.
Only selecting the optional teaching and course information checkbox adds you to that list. Leaving it unchecked does not affect this event or replay notices.
4. Google Analytics and OpenAI measurement
Google Analytics 4 receives website visits, source information and actual booking, survey completion, registration or purchase events. These events do not include raw emails, email hashes, survey answers or Google sign-in profile data.
When tracking settings permit, new successful bookings are automatically reported to OpenAI's advertising measurement system. They include event type and time, an event identifier without your name, site source, available click or browser references, and a hashed site journey identifier.
For matching, we trim and lowercase the email you submit in this booking form and send its SHA-256 hash to OpenAI. OpenAI can compare hashes generated from the same email to connect advertising interactions with bookings. We do not send raw emails or use Google OAuth profile data for this matching. A hash is a matching identifier, not fully anonymous data.
OpenAI events opt out of future user-level personalization. This does not disable measurement. Attribution still depends on eligible advertising interactions, tracking choices and platform rules.
5. Tracking choices and unsubscribing
We respect browser Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, saved site opt-outs and saved OpenAI Pixel opt-outs. Declining tracking does not prevent booking, event notifications or replay access. Updated terms do not cancel earlier refusals or authorize retroactive matching of previously unpermitted records.
Where applicable law requires prior consent, publishing these terms does not replace it. Contact us to stop future promotions, request your data or object to a specific use. Previously delivered messages and records subject to required retention are handled as appropriate.
6. Providers, retention and security
Supabase stores booking records; Vercel hosts the website. Our n8n workflow and the instructor's Gmail send event messages and process the recipient and message content. You do not grant us Gmail access. Google Analytics and OpenAI process measurement data as described above. Providers may process data in other countries.
Records are kept only as needed to provide the event, handle support, assess results, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Advertising click-reference cookies last 30 days; the OpenAI browser reference lasts 365 days. You can remove cookies through your browser.
We use HTTPS, access restrictions and database protections. Data requests require ownership verification. Necessary legal or dispute-related retention will be explained and restricted in use; backups expire through their rotation process.
7. YouTube playback and private questions
YouTube provides livestream and replay videos. Playing a video, loading public chat or following a YouTube link connects to YouTube services under their policies. The video player uses privacy-enhanced embedding; this does not mean no data is transmitted to YouTube.
Public YouTube chat uses your YouTube identity and is visible to other viewers. We save private questions, optional nicknames, submission times and handling status for the sender and instructor. A booking receipt held by the same browser may link the question to that registration so the instructor can understand your needs. A typed email is not identity verification, and other viewers cannot see these details.
When first-party measurement is allowed, playback reports record the live or replay video, first and latest playback times, and cumulative seconds. The same browser receipt may associate this with a registration. Opening the page alone is not a view; opting out does not block playback or questions. These playback records are not separately sent as viewing conversions to GA or advertising platforms.

Website membership, Google sign-in and payment rules are described in our website terms and privacy policy. These terms do not limit statutory rights. Material changes will be explained appropriately, with consent obtained when required.
