AI Agent School Terms of Use

Last updated:

Welcome to AI Agent School. These terms apply to agentschool.lifecheatslab.com and the courses, videos, project plans, membership and community services in this product line operated by FireGenesis LLC. Please read them before registering, purchasing or using the relevant features. Any specific agreement and the plan description at the time of purchase also form part of your service agreement.

Both paid plans include the L0–L4 learning path. Any further material or updates added to L2, L3 and L4 are included. Additional releases beyond the announced curriculum are not guaranteed. Revising this page does not arbitrarily reduce rights already included in a purchased plan.

1. Operator and contact

FireGenesis LLC operates this service. Address: 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, United States. For account, purchase, course or terms questions, contact support@lifecheatslab.com.

Our privacy policy explains how sign-in information, transactions, learning progress and other personal information are handled.

2. Course scope and plan benefits

L0 foundation material is public without sign-in. L1 is free after sign-in. Both Self-study and Community unlock the paid L2–L4 articles, videos and project plans in this product line, providing a path from L0 through L4. Material is available under your plan right after purchase.

Community also includes the dedicated Discord discussions, role eligibility, early access and other benefits listed in the plan description at purchase. The note that new support features may be added depending on community activity describes a possible plan, not a promised feature; whether and when they launch is announced on the site. Availability and usage instructions are announced on the site.

The course provides digital materials for learning and building your own projects. Unless expressly included in the purchase description, it does not include project delivery on your behalf, one-to-one coaching, custom development or individual technical support with a guaranteed response time. Separate products, other product lines and separately quoted services are not automatically included.

3. Updates and existing entitlements

Both paid plans include the L2–L4 lessons of the announced curriculum. If new material, revisions or project-plan updates are added to the three paid stages, L2, L3 and L4, existing purchases include them at no extra charge.

Further additions beyond the announced curriculum are being considered, but are not guaranteed. No fixed frequency, quantity or delivery date is promised for those extra additions. This does not limit the courses and plan benefits expressly promised when you purchased.

Materials may be reasonably corrected, revised or replaced to reflect tools and teaching needs. Changes to an announced delivery schedule or significant feature will be explained. Renaming a product, revising content or updating these terms will not be used to arbitrarily remove entitlements already purchased.

4. Accounts and eligibility

Google sign-in identifies your learning account. Use an account you lawfully control and protect your devices and authentication information. Purchases and learning progress are linked to that account. Obtain a legal representative's consent where it is required for your transaction.

Paid access is for the purchaser. Do not share or resell accounts, lend paid access, or use someone else's purchase details to obtain course or community benefits. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use, purchased with the wrong account or cannot sign in; do not repurchase the same plan merely to troubleshoot access.

5. Prices, payments, access and upgrades

Self-study and Community currently use a one-time payment rather than a recurring subscription. The plan page and checkout quote at purchase determine the price. English pages are priced and charged in US dollars (USD). From the list-price stage, Chinese pages show and charge a fixed New Taiwan dollar (TWD) price that does not change with exchange rates; stages without a TWD price are still charged in USD, and any TWD estimates shown are indicative. Your card issuer sets any conversion rate or fees. Any applicable tax must be reflected in the total clearly shown at checkout.

Stripe processes payments. Access is granted to the purchasing account after valid payment is confirmed. A redirect or payment-result URL alone is not proof of payment. If charged without receiving access, contact support with your order or receipt details. Never provide a full card number, security code, password or secret key.

Self-study can be upgraded to Community by paying the difference between the Community and Self-study prices in effect at the time of upgrade. Your historical payment is not deducted from the new Community price, and today's upgrade difference is not permanently locked in. The system does not offer duplicate purchases of an owned plan or downgrade purchases. Later course price increases do not create an additional charge for the same content already purchased.

6. Digital content and refunds

Try public L0, free L1 after sign-in and the full curriculum before buying. Once digital access is activated, our general policy does not offer refunds for a simple change of mind. This operational policy does not exclude remedies required by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires prior disclosure and consent before a particular cancellation right can be excluded for digital delivery, eligibility for that exception depends on the actual disclosure, consent and delivery in the transaction. Reading this page does not itself complete every required consent process. Mandatory legal protections, failure to deliver promised content, duplicate charges and other statutory claims are not excluded by the general refund policy.

Contact support about billing, delivery or refund problems. Banks and payment platforms handle disputes under their rules and applicable law. Confirmed refunds or payment reversals may result in a lawful adjustment of access attributable to that payment, without arbitrarily removing other independently valid entitlements.

7. Materials and your own work

Course text, videos, images, project plans, design and branding belong to the site or their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer copyright. Within your access rights, you may view, download and use materials as instructed, including providing authorized downloadable project plans to AI tools for your own learning and development.

Unless a specific license or applicable law permits otherwise, do not publicly distribute, resell or share paid materials, videos, files or access links with people who lack access, or package them as a substitute course. Third-party materials, code examples and open-source projects remain subject to their own licenses and attribution requirements.

Your own original data, work and development results do not become the site's property because you took the course. You remain responsible for checking licenses applicable to third-party code, model output and assets used in your work.

8. Discord verification and project sharing

The free general Discord area is distinct from paid Community benefits. A Community purchase grants eligibility for the role; you must obtain a verification link in the designated Discord channel and verify using the purchasing account. One website account and one Discord account form a unique pair; you cannot claim roles for another person. To restore a role, obtain a new verification link and use the originally linked account.

Only share projects, comments or profile information that you have the right to publish. Do not post confidential information, personal data, keys or infringing material belonging to others. You retain ownership of original submissions and authorize storage and display within the public features you choose to use, as needed to provide those features. This does not give the site unrestricted permission to resell your work. Public submissions follow the site's eligibility and review rules.

9. Acceptable use and restrictions

Do not use the service for infringement, fraud, harassment, malware or spam. Do not bypass access controls, attack the service, steal other people's data, distribute course materials in bulk or manipulate project interactions dishonestly.

For infringement, security risks or clear violations, the site may remove content or restrict functions proportionately. Urgent security measures may be taken first, with an explanation when feasible. You may contact support to challenge an incorrect decision. A payment or account dispute is not automatically a violation and does not automatically remove statutory rights.

10. AI tools, third parties and learning outcomes

Lessons may use Pi, Codex, other models and APIs, Google, YouTube, Discord or other third-party tools. Those providers control their accounts, plans, usage charges, limits and terms. Unless explicitly included on the plan page, the course price does not cover model usage, APIs, hosting or other third-party costs.

Tool versions and interfaces may change. AI-generated code, information and instructions may be incorrect. Test in a controlled environment, keep backups, configure permissions and verify results before using them with real data or work. Do not casually send passwords, other people's personal information or confidential data to external tools.

The service provides learning methods and practical demonstrations, not a guarantee of income, employment, commercial results or identical completion times and outcomes for all learners. This does not remove the obligation to deliver promised materials and services.

11. Maintenance, changes and responsibility

Maintenance, network problems, third-party outages and other events may temporarily interrupt service. We will address problems where reasonably practicable and explain significant changes affecting paid entitlements, with appropriate handling. These terms do not provide a blanket exemption from legal responsibility.

Revisions display an updated date. Material changes affecting existing purchases require notice and consent where applicable law requires it. Posting new terms or continued browsing alone will not be used to retrospectively cancel purchased entitlements. If an important paid service must be discontinued, reasonable advance notice and treatment of undelivered obligations will follow the original agreement and applicable law.

Non-excludable liabilities and consumer rights remain protected. If a provision is invalid, independently valid provisions remain subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without excluding other mandatory consumer protections applicable to your transaction. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law. Nothing here requires you to give up statutory complaint, mediation or court rights.

For a dispute, contact support@lifecheatslab.com with a description and necessary order information so we can investigate and respond. Chinese and English versions describe the same service rules. Ambiguities should be resolved under the actual purchase agreement and applicable law; translation differences will not be used to reduce entitlements already obtained.
